It depends. Both are good builds, but Rampage Blast requires more expensive gear than Tiger Cannon. For end-game builds, Tiger Cannon can deal higher damage output, whereas Rampage Blast can deliver fast, consecutive high damage.

Why is the 4th skill weaker than the 3rd skill. Is it a server mecanic (iro thor) not yet fully uppdated 4th job? Any explanation?

Aside from being not updated, Tiger Cannon is stronger here because my gears are focused in increasing the damage of Tiger Cannon. on the other hand, there are no gears that directly increase the damage of TFB as of now. but yeah, most 4th job skills are useless as of now...

depends on youur preference. DragonBreath type for ranged and constant damage IB type if u want to hit harder but u need to be careful with reflect damage~ wind cutter build if you are just starting~

yes you can. starting with something is better than starting from nothing. my advise is invest for a Catherine Von Blood headgear (about 50-80m in thor as of now). still a lot of players from valk play in thor by the way.

Comparing damage across servers is pointless. It makes more sense to compare your damage to other players on your server.
