Which is better of this 2: Sera + 2 traveler rings Little garden + 1 traveler ring & 1 pdm (perverse dem.mask)? Thank you.

It depends on where you get def penetration. If you have like 80%+ def penetration, Sera set is better. But if pdm is your only source of def penetration, Little Garden set might be better. However, in terms of damage (provided that you already have 80%+ def penetration, 2 traveler rings are better.
