Glad this has worked well for you. We had four i7+'s and two J7+'s all fail within a year. Roomba's electrical contact design doesn't last and eventually no longer communicates between the robot and the base. We have since moved on to Roborock.

Thanks for your comment. I haven't had any problems with the contacts and charging.

I have only had the S9+, so don't have experience with the i7+ and J7+.. I know several owners of the S9+ and they have had not issues. Thanks for your input!

Hi there and thank you for your review . I just bought the s9 and for some reason it doesn’t finish the job . When ever I have the robot do the whole home cleaning it wouldn’t finish I would get a message said cleaning completed but the map would still have white area like the whole room . Could it be my house is not as bright ?

Thank you for your question. I looked back at my finished cleaning map and to see if I have the same thing going on. On mine, it looks like I have areas where the robot has vacuumed before, so they are on the map, but for some reason did not clean. One white area is a bathroom which it has cleaned before, but the door was closed when it did this last cleaning. Another area is a corner of the room where we moved a chair in front of it and the robot could not get to that area. I keep night lights along any areas that are darker so I don't have a problem with it not cleaning in those areas. I hope this helps, if not, I would call customer service and tell them what's going on. Let me know what you find out!

How do set it back to factory default I’d like to remap now that all Christmas mess is put away

I have never set it back to the factory default, but will look into that. I do notice, however, that when I move furniture around, both the S9+ and M6 seem to remap the areas. I usually do the "map everywhere" mode. Also, you can go in and remap different areas and change room dividers, etc.
