But Tina is right, this format is biased against analyst, it measures the engineering skills to use the tools of the trade (and the strategic trick to define doable projects) ... To make it a true analyst challenge one should not only provide the data but also a question of a decision-maker that needs an answer. ... The judges should not be fellow engineers but the consumers of the produced data product ... the main criterium should be the quality of the answer to the posed question, not the technical awesomeness.
