One hard quesyion how i give the territory

In order to give territory, first you must have you're own land, then go to the country you want to give the land to and then click on their flag, afterwards click on the menu below their flag (the menu where you send a alliance request) then below the "send alliance request" it says "send selected territory" so go to land that u want to give to them and click on (if you click on your land and it becomes darker then its working)then go back to the menu (dont unclick the selected land) and then press send selected territory, you can only do this in Purchase phase and Move phase, sometimes the countries decline your land.

So what you want to do is click on the country the you wanna attack, Then press the arrow at the top right, Then it should say declare war. But you can only attack other countries when it says attack phase on the top middle but your able to delcare war on any country before that you just cant attack.
