Sometimes fighting an alien invasion while being a japanese cowboy international spy can get rough, wacky even, especially when you got friends like Goro, Tenko (don't call her that) and the Iron King.

yes and no.... Iron King was created by the same guy who wrote Ultraseven's stories, however, this is made by a separate company (Senkosha Productions), and Iron King is more of a copy of sorts, taking inspirations and cues from the more popular at the time Ultra Series and Kamen Rider Series. Iron King himself is an android.

Ultraman is an alien that his power source is Sun and can fight for 3 minutes, while Iron King is a giant cyborg or android that his power source is Water and can fight for 1 minute 80 Seconds or 2 minutes 20 seconds.
