The one on the album is still pretty raw, but heavier and faster. That's the best one in my book.

This one is sick but i like the one on the album because its faster, and the best version of prowler is the live version at the reading festival

@@onutube6392 Yeah but the "crawling through the bushes with it open wide" and "got me feeling myself and reeling around" part I didn't understand the lyrics until I read them for the first time about 4 months ago. I knew the song was obviously about a prowler stalking, but not quite in the way the lyrics portray the story once you read them.

Walking through the city, looking oh so pretty, I've just got to find my way. See the ladies flashing. All there legs and lashes. I've just got to find my way. Well you see me crawling through the bushes with it open wide. What you seeing girl? Can't you believe that feeling, can't you believe it, Can't you believe your eyes? It's the real thing girl. Got me feeling myself and reeling around, Got me talking but feel like walking around. Got me feeling myself and reeling a... Got me talking but nothing's with me... Got me feeling myself and reeling around.

For some reason I often enjoy demo versions of songs more than the album versions, perhaps in the days of the LP it was important to shave off 20 seconds of a song, but I often find that the higher tempos seen in many album versions do the songs a general disservice, such as Metallica's Seek and Destroy. I would include Megadeth's version of the Mechanix compared to the original demo as an example, but that one was played too fast because Mustaine felt slighted that his former band members had said in interviews that he was a shit guitar player, way to compromise a song.

I love Paul and NWOBHM, but Maiden would have fizzled out like the rest of those bands in that scene if he stayed IMO. Bruce was the answer for Maiden to make it big internationally!!
@nickcynn425 жыл бұрын
I like bruce, but he didn't make maiden popular,first two albums-Diano, first American tour-Diano, first Japanese tour-Diano, first charted song-Diano, Bruce didn't make iron maiden big, they were already big and then he just jumped on the and wagon and gave the a slightly more commercial success, and honestly Diano was an amazing singer, he did in fact have the same range as Bruce and more power on the low tones, but Bruce had a Natually higher voice range so it just sounded a bit more natural, there ate ways bruce Dickinson is better than Paul Diano, but there are also ways that Diano was better than Bruce.
