Outstanding! The trooper was the first Iron maiden poster I got when I was 11 in 1986. I've now got it hanging on the wall in a frame in my 1st house that I've just bought. ❤🤘 Also a very appropriate song for the times. History is repeating itself. Slava Ukraini

You'll never see a better show than Iron Maiden in my opinion!!! They are living legends and have been killing it since the mid 70s!! The fact that Adian & Janick play the same solo together shows how much skill thsse guys have!!

I'm a huge Iron Maiden's fan from Brasil, and I love your reactions. Bruce Dickinson is one of the greatest frontmen of the world, and Steve Harris is one of the greatest bassists ever. Iron Maiden is such a creative band, with many hits, each one different from the other one, and some of them not so hard. I recommend "Wasted years", "Fear of the dark", "Infinite dreams", "The writing on the wall", "Stranger in a strange land", "Alexander the Great", "Aces high". Up the Irons!

Bruce is pretty old here. (He's almost 70 now). Best choose earlier concerts to review. The best show for vocals is live at Hammersmith, though the catalog is limited as it is early in their career. Also note, their sets are over 2 hours most of the time. Bruce is mostly tireless, but he does look tired here. For a great audience reaction, check out Fear of the Dark from the flight 666 performance (or most other live shows w/ this song). The audience sings before Bruce does (they sing w/ the guitar line).

I was at that concert!! It was in the biggest stadium of my country, with between 55.000 and 60.000 people (it was not a festival, it was an Iron Maiden Show. Although, that time they were supported by The Raven Age and Slayer as guests). Iron Maiden is my favourite band, and objectively, one of the best live bands in Heavy Metal Music (for me they are the Best of course). You should react to "Dance of Death" from that same concert. I think theres almost 40 years between the two live videos you reacted to. That explaines the difference i Bruce Dickinsons singing styles. Being that older he had to compensate and sing in a slighted different way than earlier.

I'm sure Bruce Dickinson (vocals) sounded winded in spots because he was running around the stage and waving the banner in a soldier's coat ... Hard to sing spot-on w/ that dynamic (Which is why many pop performers lip sync their pre-recorded vocals while they dance & shake, but not Bruce Dickinson! 😈) Instrumentally, Iron Maiden is one of the strongest bands in that regard... Listen to their songs - 'Phantom of the Opera'... 'Rime of the Ancient Mariner'... 'The Clansman'... 'For the greater good of God'... and marvel at their musicianship 🤘🤘🔥🔥
