Iron Maiden Trooper & Food Pairing

Just got done, my Trooper pairing.....i had fooled around with the dipping sauce, before i grabbed the beer, and found, i liked it better, with 1 cup ketchup and a dash of mayo. It was a nice pairing, thanks for the idea.

Dipping sauce is easy enough to make. I will make this and pick up a bottle of Trooper, just cuzz. CHeeeeeRS
