The Mark 46 has the wrong color scheme. This was released as a conceptual artwork figure, but it is not how he appears in Captain America: Civil War. Also, what is your source for the Mark 49? That was skipped over in all film media, and I haven't seen that particular design before.

2 questions I will answer: 1. The mark 46 armor that was used in the video was based on the concept art that mark 46 was going to have. Truth be told even I was confused that the video would have the concept on instead of the actual one 2. I don't believe we actually know what armor mark 48 had. I think the guy posting this video ran out of ideas of how the mark 48 armor would look like.
