I think Cull Obsidian would give Hulk a tough fight if not edge it out cause of of his weapon. He was also fully confident in taking down Hulk for Thanos. He can def give Hulk a tough time.

His magic is so much cooler, time travel, inter-dimensional travel, spells to destroy entire battleships with just one blow, potentially infinite knowledge thanks to time stone, sentient cloak, wards for insane levels of protection, ability to absorb magic from other beings at increasingly more powerful levels, the list goes on. Strange and Wong operate at a much bigger scale than Stark.

Two, here is what we have seen Strange do in the MCU multiverse up until now (indicating his potential power level): - Wield an infinity stone and use it to evaluate millions of realities, showing skill and power as wielding an infinity stone without dying is very hard - Put one of the most powerful being in the MCU in a time loop - Absorb dark magic through mythical creatures, showing enough power to defend against all infinity stones at the same time and even create universes (even if they are micro-universes) - Hold back Thanos using just his base magical powers - Heal his damaged body back to full health - Prolong his life for hundreds of years - Survive in space - Create portals (both between dimensions, and just through space but not time, at least not without his infinity stone) - Create wind blasts both powerful enough to go across half a city and precise enough to not cause any excessive damage (Winds of Watoomb) - Cast a shield spell (rings of raggadorr) powerful enough to block a full blast from Dormammu - Magic Sword (Vishanti Sword) - Duplication Spell (Many copies, all able to do magic) - Energy blast powerful enough to destroy terrain and it seeks enemies (Suns of Cinnibus) that is just his main powers, he has so many more which they have shown only glimpses of. Iron man is a man in a metal suit, does not compare.

It was really awesome when I first saw Tony "suiting up" in the Mk. 50, but it was also bittersweet because this was where the technological advantages had peaked for Tony. Nano tech would be the plateau for him as we didn't see any enhancements on his current suit during the 5 year skip in Endgame which truly meant this was his last ride... I'm really glad I was here to see the legacy of Iron Man happen in live action done justice (in its own universe). Thanks Mr. Downey Jr. for the time in MCU!

I love how the Russo brothers made a reference to The Incredible Hulk, in the post credits Tony talks about technology being more reliable than the super soldier serum.
