Jamaican Green Banana Porridge is smooth, creamy, and comforting. Green bananas have a high amount of dietary fibers and resistant starch, which aid in digestion, which keeps us full for a long time, and help in weight management.

BANANA PORRIDGE INGREDIENTS:
4-5 green bananas or green Burro bananas / or 2 green plantains
4 cups water
2-3 cups plant-based milk
1 tsp cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
1 tsp mixed essence
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch salt
