Personally, I prefer to not paint women as the victim. Be strong, if you want to work in that environment. Inclusion should be more about personal confidence, inner strength and a tough skin and should not have to be a talking point or an agenda item. People are forever evolving. I believe this material sets us back by painting us as victims of a male dominant field. If you want to do it, just do it.
