Prop selection is key to find what the boat likes for best speed and or run time and to know what increase in diameter the setup can take to adapt water conditions like when it gets rough.Lol I just cut down/ hand reshaped my first pair of props to reduce blade area/motor load on a pair of 1714 abc high rake..brother n I have an Animal cat and a 40” cheetah xl.. first maiden with bigger cats was yesterday… omg that was exciting compared to the 30” proboat stuff. Big B your channel is the big brother to a lot of us and it’s the first thing I watch every day! Damn I wish you lived in south Florida so we could have a boat buddy to run with. We have gators in our ponds too, and yes they are attracted to the sound the scale boats make for sure… One chased my PT boat all the way to shore

Awesome test runs B! She didn't like that high rake at all it seems. I'm thinking water might be coming in at the grommet for the stuffing tube behind the center lower fin. Tape that hatch up to eliminate it from the water leak suspect list lol Once I get mine we'll find it! Keep it up man you're like the donut with my coffee!

Roger that Son! Keep on Killin it. I've got a special anti corrosion grease used for under trailers up north. Keeps road salt at bay. Should work wonders for your reciever and all electrical connections . And I'll will not eat away wire insulation or any plastics.

i want to get a prop for my BJV2 on 6s but truthfully i don’t know what to look out for. Are 4 blades too much for these?

Hard to find a 4 blade for a 3/16 shaft! 4 blade props aren't all the efficient you want a 2 or 3 blade prop . 4519 I'd okay on this setup,OCTURA x442, x445, OSE 42 high rake

I find myself those high rake red props run like ABC props that are a few pitches smaller. So weird it power cut. Great job on the stainless prop.

The 45 1.9p blue prop is my most stable prop I have.

Is water coming up the stuffing tube? Cable didn't look greased in your unboxing but I assume you greased it.. Doesn't look like much is splashing over the bow onto the hatch.
