I'm not good at such games because I mostly can't aim well with a controller. Is it suitable for less talented people regarding aiming? I usually avoid FPS games but this looks interesting.

I’d say yes, because it has an auto aim function when you press ZL so it’s definitely easier to play. And I’d recommend easy settings so it should be doable for less experienced players.
