I spent all of my free time today... not doing this CQ but trying to get Phantom to solo Red Hare at level 65. I got Red Hare to 2k HP 3 times... FML

This CQ is easy you just need to stall with Mashu + support + AoE dps. In my case I used Mashu + Jinako + Summer Kiara. Jinako works really well in this quest.

At the back is a support MLB CE Hokusai but ey at least it means anyone can do this fight well if they have a good support haha whether good luck or bad luck
