The difference between this suit and others like Fallout 76 is this lawsuit would be INVESTOR driven on the grounds of misleading them with false information for continued funding.. That's a valid claim in this case... those Yellow updates are going g to hang CD Projekt.

I'm thinking about refunding my copy on Xbox. I haven't even experienced any "game breaking" moments, but it's enough to not want to play the game until ALL the issues are fixed. From the dumbed down AI to bugs/glitches, I don't think this game is worth $60. I decided to bite my tongue with Avengers despite over 200 hours poured into the game. I'm not letting this slide because this is the second disappointment I've experienced this year. My most anticipated games were Halo, CyberPunk, and Avengers. Let that sink in. At the end of the day, this game isn't worth $60 so I want my money back lol. I'll get it at $40 or less.

I agree with King 90% of the time but the slander of the Witcher 3 I completely disagree with. Got me a little fired up to be honest. It's in my top 5 games of all time. Man it's such a shame how CDPR handled this as the game is phenomenal.

The Witcher 3 released as an unoptimized mess and honestly they're lucky to have been greenlit a third game because the first game sucks and the combat in the 2nd was too damn clunky aka garbage lol. Don't get me wrong, TW3 eventually became an amazing game, but it certainly had its share of issues. CDPR is just overrated as a developer honestly. They were propelled to legendary status off ONE amazing game. ONE!!!

@@atlien1988 lol, all subjective. Which is the case for any game. Cod, arguably, is a terrible game and franchise but gets green lit every year bc ppl play it. It's not about those gamers who dislike a game, it's about those gamers who enjoy it. The combat is Witcher 2 was fine when you understand it. Same with Witcher 3. As far as being propelled to greatness, meh. Bioware has been around for ages but didn't see widespread "status" until the Mass Effect series. The success of dev teams nowadays ebbs & flows with their current project due to social media. None of that is to say you are incorrect. It's just too often gamers are quick to bumrush an aspect they personally dislike or to overcrowd a point that's "popular." All AAA games are released incomplete, buggy, etc. because people keep pre-ordering & people too often tolerate things when it's "their" game vs when it's a game their just trying out.

Dizzy talks about about track records with games developed by previous studios, but those examples use games that have repeated IPs which stack on assets and framework on previous games. CP is a completely new IP with a new engine that was supposed to work on too many hardware configurations. In the same context Guerilla games barely can make Horizon Zero dawn run well on PC.

Its a failure to announce a game and promise a release date. Only to delay and delay and delay. Dont give us a date in the first place like what rockstar and bethesda do. Announce it when it is 6 months or less away. It just baffles me why CDPR handled this launch. Weigh the options: let people know before launch that the game isnt perfect and try to save your image. Allow console footage and more early reviews Or with hold info on console versions, limit review copies, and limit reviewers from recording and showing their own footage. Did they not consider their options? Yeah its bad either way but the former choice would've been better imo if they had to put the game out for whatever reason. But of course the best choice would've been to delay it further.

I have been playing on the XBox One X it has only crashed 2 times and some minor physics odd collision reactions i saved game and reloaded it iturned off frame blur and hasent crashed since

My two cents on the Bioware vs CDPR debate. Cyberpunk is a great game and I have no doubt that early next year when they patch last gen to a playable state those gamers will enjoy their purchase. There were no patches available to Anthem that made that a great game (Will Anthem 2.0 redeem it? who knows) and Mass Effect Andromeda is not a great game for ME fans and with all the recent departures from the studio will it ever be the powerhouse it once was? I agree that CDPR has not made enough great games to be held in same regard as Bioware so with that in mind they have lost more respect and might just be another studio in gaming history that used to be great. By the time CDPR brings out its next game all this will be forgotten.
