Thank you for the comment I appreciate that! 🙏 Keep in mind I am not a medical professional, if it’s more than discomfort and more extensive a doctor might be helpful/necessary! However, it sounds like you might be running too hard, beyond of what your body might be used to. Running should be started very slowly and potentially even run/walk intervals at a very easy pace, see if the pain comes on when you run/walk very easy.
