How often can someone in their mid-forties, without ever taking any performance enhancing substances, and only a few months into grip training actual train grip?

Depends on your genetics, recovery routine, diet, sleep, other activity, etc. Plus, depends what sort of grip exercises you are doing, the intensity and volume. You could train so hard that you should only do it once a week, or light wrought to train everyday. No one can answer it for you. Train and you will see how you feel. Adjust accordingly. Just like anything else.

I am 55 and train my grip hard once a week with a lighter mid week workout. I went into it with a pretty solid base after rock climbing at a decent level for 30 plus years.

Greetings Ironmind, can you make a video to help explain the benefits of a rolling handle vs a stationary handle. Thank you 💪

The rolling handle is harder to grip.

...it basically isolates a smaller group of muscles/tendons and therefore makes them work harder, essentially. The only example I can think of would be trying to stabilize a shotgun that has a huge stock on it, versus a normal stock where your entire hand can wrap around, therefore controlling the recoil better. Hope that helps

@@donnie2201 It probably would help in armwrestling, yes.
