@@FrarmerFrank on youtube, yes. That’s most likely happening. But YT is just a massive sloth or just won’t do anything about it until lawyers are called. On Twitch? Some possibly, but looking at Shondo’s ban this month and the subsequent email she received from Twitch, the double standard treatment, and the possibility of a hidden unknown ToS specifically just for vtubers, I’m inclined to believe that Twitch moderators hates vtubers.

My guess is that Ironmouse's main channel has been terminated due to it being affiliated with the VOD channel that was removed due to false copyright claims and YT is seeing it as potential ban evasion (kind of like how "MXR Plays" have lost any channels affiliated with their main one that was terminated).

I literally though that would happen, I can't believe no one told her that losing her VOD channel that way was a risk to her main channel in that sense. When she spoke about it she didn't sound like she cared that much to fight it and I was hoping someone in her circle to advice her otherwise...

@@EkatariZeen its not that she didnt care, she literally said she wont do it because "fighting it" involves giving away all your personal information which she does not want to do, therefore she cant fight it. She then said vshojo were trying to do it on her behalf, but because whoever copystruck 3x in a row doesnt want to deal with vshojo, they obviously want mouses details or for her channels to disappear, and 1 of those things happened.

A group or a single streamer doing this whole thing toward vtubers are very much on the table

I doubt holo EN is going to recruit this fast, justice is still fresh so i think it will be a while for another EN debut, they probably going to increase the ID first before introducing a new EN or maybe they gonna expand and create a new branch (i mean justice is basically EU branch but maybe on try stage, that's why their debut is faster than any EN, advent is still considered fresh when holo introduced justice)
