There are people who go out of their way to fake a vibrato by moving their tongue, which is unhealthy, but I don't think mouse is doing that here as a trained singer.

Agreed! I'm gonna nerd out, but it's pretty much perfect. That type of vibrato is more shaky, pronounced, and isn't as smooth as other types so it can easily ruin a song when it's done a lot, but because she does it for only a second and doesn't use it after every single line, it gives the right amount of umph
