Allah says: "And when they are called to Allah (i.e. the Quran) and His Messenger, to JUDGE BETWEEN THEM, lo! a party of them refuse (to come) and turn away." (24:48) I am sorry, but that is not how it works. Allah sent the Quran and Sunnah and a system of law for us Muslims. This liberal influenced idea of "only Allah can judge me" is not what we go by. Of course, Allah is the supreme judge but Allah also tells us to judge by what Allah has revealed. If the hujjah of kufr akbar is established, takfir is made. If anyone knowingly rejects a verse of the Quran or a sahih narration that person is a disbeliever.
