I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and like you are alone even when you have so many people who are like you. I wish you the best, and to never feel like you’re not valid just because you may not have it worse than other people. Comparing your bad situation to other people’s will only make you feel worse. What matters when you know you can’t control the bad stuff, is to find something that you can control. It will make you feel less spinny and horrible, and like you can’t do anything. I believe in you and just know that even if it doesn’t get better for you physically, if you’re strong mentally, you can get through it no matter what. The best of luck to you

Recovery stories are always something that I will love I have scoliosis and I know what it’s like to not be able to do thing because of pain I remember the first steps I took. They hurt. A lot. But the more I walked the farther I got. The longer I could sit up without my parents hand supporting my back so I for one can say It will always get better The pain won’t always be as bad You’ll go farther than you did today Never Give Up
