Is this an excerpt from Joyce Landorf Heatherley's book, "Irregular People"? It's basically word for word her book. I've been reading it lately and it's been very helpful.

Yes! Irregular People was Joyce Landorf Heatherley's book and one of her live speeches back in the late 70's, early 80's. It would have been nice for this preacher to give credit where credit is due; to do otherwise is plagiarism.
