This rhubarb cake recipe uses yogurt for a moist result!
Ingredients:
600 g/ 21 oz rhubarb
250 g/ 8,8 oz flour
150 g/ 5,3 oz sugar
130 g/ 4,6 oz softly butter,
2 eggs (room temperature)
150 g/ 5,3 oz yogurt (room temperature)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/ 392 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack!
