Sir all your videos are very knowledgeable for common people. Thank you sir 1) I have been suffering from stomach problem for more than 10 years. I have to go many times toilet for fresh. My motion generally comes loose in morning with gas and it continues till evening. 4 times motion before 5 pm. Total motion 5 to 6 times. Then it become normal.May be I am suffering from Mild diarriha. Also have gas problem. 2) Whenever I am in hurry like to catch bus or train or getting late or have fear like office call, before exam viva, suddenly stomach started paining and sudden urge to go for motion and my motion comes very loose. 3) Also After eating eating things, sudden urge comes to go for motion. Please suggest medicine according to my symptoms.

Great sir , thankew so much for this vedio...I am patient of ibs from last 3 years and generalized anxiety disorder...still problem. I just slowly started noticing some issues with my body. At the first day i had problem breathing then took carbo veg for this problem and got some relief. Later days I experienced severe stomach cramps including lower abdomen and belly button’s upper side, specially after eating. Also had pain in my back muscles. I think i had cold went into my chest and stomach but not sure. I used carb veg in the morning and arsenic in the evening because i had infection a month ago in my stomach and was resolved with arsenic. Started taking nux vom after that now feeling better.

Mai bhi IBS patient hu sir. U can advise to take boil water always becoz it solved chronic constipation. Sometimes medicine also can't cure constipation reqrd boil water. Chily and citrus food must b avoided.
