Lol, "tailored" made. You mean you don't tell medicine names to your patients. Many people know there are rules to homeopathy medicine. 1st dose of constitution medicine which then follow up symptomatic medicine. Main medicine shouldn't be conflict with antidotes, inimical and choose potency wisely so they don't antidote each other. Many medicine shouldn't be repeated. Sometimes you change the medicine or give them placebo. At this point this is just monopoly from Homeopaths.
