Thank you sir for your videos. its very helpfull to understand concepts in a short timelove you sir from Kerala. Sir a doubt in arbitarage part. in the question arbitage gain is 500 borrowing rate is 5% for first 6 months and investment interest is 6.5% whole year so if invested for 6 months interst income will be 3250 (ie 100000*6.5%*6/12) borrowing interst is 2500 so gain for the first 6months will be 750 ( Ie 3250-2500) it is greater than arbitage gain and also received in 6 months period instead of 1 year. sir if the investment interst % is less than 5% there will be no arbitrage gain. does arbitrage gain depend on interest rate of investment ?
