Very good hearing. Both the Commissioner and panel asked and answered questions to allow Americans to make a decision on whether they will use the Direct File pilot. I am very comfortable with the answers of the commissioner. He sound genuine, but I am concern with the IRS monopolizing the tax industry, but as the commissioner said, if people are honest and not using the tax system to cheat & steal money than its just a matter of people choosing what they like. I would like the thank the panel for asking the hard questions and Senator Warren did a lovely job on explaining the process IRS has taken over the course of time. In conclusion, I'm not satisfy with what the Trump administration has done with the tax laws because millions of middle class workers have made the rich richer over the past 6yrs and we are still hurting even though were making 6 digits income. Trump capped alot of itemized deductions while the wealthy got richer. The rich got richer and the hard working Americans has had to weather the storm.
