Only a non American with english as a second or third language would have grammar that bad "let me explain u" or "u owe 2,345 dollar" or "so the money in which u got it u will lose it forever and u will never get it back" etc etc. Also they repeat themselves constantly and always are making up their own federal agencies with the dumbest names.

If you look closely, these folks are just regular people, who began their careers as probably telemarketers and sales individuals...and later on were actually trapped by their scammy bosses to run this scam too. With difficult economic conditions in the country and increasing frustration in most of south asian countries in general, these guys are just forced to do this feed their family - with guilt and shame.

How do they ever expect to be taken seriously if all they ever ask for is a person's name?! No address, DOB or SS number. Then quoting what they believe to be official sounding statutes to scare victims. So glad they are colossally stupid as well as greedy... I would love them to list all the legal consequences at length and then reveal that I was already serving 30 years in a federal penitentiary for tax fraud and the wardens recommended I return the call from the IRS as it could be about a sentence commutation or a reprieve...
