With all due respect, this guy does a pretty good job at it! His Indian accent sneaks in randomly, on certain words. I think it is literally IMPOSSIBLE for them to completely hide the very prevalent Indian accent. I heard it coming out of every 8 to 10 words, as well as some grammatical errors. This one though is quite good. What a waste of talent. He could come over here and be a hell of an actor!

Once I was @ a Walgreen's pretending to get eBay gift cards. The scammer asked me to stay w/ him on the phone. He told me to load $2000.00 on them. After I told him I already did. Then he asked me to read him the codes. I said I'll mail them to him. He said that he needs the money immediately to prevent any arrests. I asked for his address. He finally hung up. We were on the phone for 45 ministers. I just happened to go to Walgreen's to shop. Those scammers don't even mention names.

Many of these scammers have really low opinions of Americans, no doubt because their bosses tell them Americans are stupid and deserve to be taken. All these pieces of information need to be sent in paper form to post offices to put up for everyone to see as well as information placed on phone bills, as well as electric bill, credit card statements and any other form of the statement that people will see when opening up their mail. They usually say that the unpaid taxes are from at least a couple of years ago. But if you don't comply immediately when they call it will trigger the enforcement of the "warrant". If they waited that long already, then there should be no problem for you to personally hand over payment when the "sheriff or agent" shows up tomorrow. Great video. Keep them coming.

Have you ever purchased one of those google play cards, but only put a dollar or so on it? Tell the scammer you have it in the amount he/she is requesting? Christian Indians often have Anglo names, although christianity is the minority religion in India. I have a friend who's birth name is Stuart Fernandez and his first language is English. In fact, he's mostly monolingual and does not speak hindi or Punjabi. Yet he was born and bred in Southern India. I have another friend, who's birth name is Angela Massey. She is ESOL but her English isn't too bad.

Funny story, when I got off work today, I went over to the old house to chat with my former neighbor (the state trooper) and He was telling me one of these scumbags called him on his cell while he was on the side of I-10 doing radar. He said he entertained him until he clocked someone doing 91 in a 70 and he told them "I have to go! I clocked someone for speeding and I have to pull them over!" so the scammer told him "If you disconnect this call, your warrant will be activated and you will be arrested in the next 10 minutes" then he said to the scammer, "Like I said, I have to protect this stretch of the HWY as they may be speeding for a reason but if its that serious, Ill turn myself in at troop A where I'm assigned!" At that point he just hung up. possibly because he finally realized he was talking to a cop and freaked out.

I have dealt with a large number of tax officials ( indeed I was one at one time) and never once did any of them ever say anything about filing a complaint against them. With this bozo, it's one of the first topics he raises. Tax officials simply don't talk like that! Dead giveaway!

Only a judge can cancel the arrest warrant based on evidence or lack of evidence not based on if you pay are willing to pay or not. You are right , the number is how he gets the money . You should send him a picture of the Target recipient . You should tell him that you are going send him to the goat house for blackmail . Threatening to have you arrested is blackmail .
