Irshad Khan performed at the Sheldon Concert Hall, St. Louis, Missouri on Apr 15, 2016. He was joined by his brothers, Nishat, Wajahat and Shafaat. The occasion was the 80th birthday celebration of their father, the great poet of sitar and surbahar and the guardian of the Imdad Khan Gharana, Ustad Imrat Khan Sahab. For over 2 hours , Ustadji and his sons kept the audience spellbound with their improvisations on the sitar, sarod and the surbahar! Needless to say, I am thoroughly enjoying this upload of Raag Alahiya Bilawal.
