Manhattan and Wakefield bound R142 (2) Trains and Manhattan and Eastchester bound R142 and R142A (5) Trains @ West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue

After a Morning G.O where there were no (5) Train service between East 180th Street and 149th Street-Grand Concourse, this R142A was kept on the (5) to fill in a gap in (5) Train Service

There was a G.O. where from 7 to 10 A.M., 5 trains were not running between 149 Street-Grand Concourse and East 180 Street. The Manhattan section used R142As from the 4 line since there was no direct access to East 180 Yard. When the G.O. was over, the R142A was kept on the 5 line until later in the day.

Which is horrible!!! Curves are not supposed to be like that. There shouldn’t be noice at all. This turn and all other turns first be rebuild for modern trains that turn smoothly! They damage wheels against rails and backwards

Something happened on 4 line so it was rerouted but signed up as a 5 to reduce confusion
