Hi John, it was fascinating to hear the Irvine story. The ranch house was fabulous. Nice to see it's now a library. I enjoyed hearing about Katie Wheeler and the pool incident. Now I know why oranges are so significant in California. Hearing about how James died was shocking, but also intriguing. From what you said, the family does not consider his death a suicide. Thanks for the tour and for sharing the history of the family and the region with us all. Have a great week!
