That is pac. That verse is from big time a song he did with live squad in 92. This track blunt time is not the real one. The og is a dr dre track he was featured on and was never released. It was for the chronic album. Thats because tha dogg pound listen to pacs troublesome album before it came out and copied slang from pac. Pac got mad cause he heard them using the slang and scraped the troublesome album. He then did strickly 4 my n.i.g.g.a.z album.
