I was probably 6 when I remember watching Steve for the first time, and was so obsessed with him as a person, his heart, his love for the wild, and watching Robert grow up and become himself has been absolutely such a remarkable thing to witness. I cant imagine a better feeling than being the first captive institution in the world to breed an animal, let alone it be the facility that was owned by the person the animal is named in honour of,then to top it off being the child of the person. It's amazing

Robert, you are an absolute fine young legend. your mannerisms your nature, your joy reflects so much on how special zoo is and the Irwin family. Terry deserves a well-deserved pat on the back for raising to amazing children into admiral young adults. The Crocodile Hunter was my absolute favorite show. I watched it from the beginning and learned so much from it. He made us feel like we were actually there with him. I grew up watching steve irwin he made a huge impacted on my life so mush i named my son Steve Hunter after steve irwin the croc hunter my son is a little over 5 months now
