Is 100 Montaditos any good? Is it the Cheapest pint in Spain?

We love 100 Montaditos. We tend to only go on a Wednesday or a Sunday if we are going to eat any of the food beyond the chips with 4 salsa. We have found the standards are vastly different at each francbise. Torrevieja one is the best, the one in the town with a cburros place across the road. To be able to get a beer for €2 in a chilled glass in a prime location is awesome. For €2.50 they have pints (540ml) of Orchard Thieves. The raciones are not good value at all. The little pepperoni pizzas are a decent little snack for €1 when the offer day is on. 2 pizzas each, patatas fritas to share and 2 pints costs €8 in total on Wed/Sun, hard to knock that on a day trip to Alicante or Santa Pola! We found La Zenia to be quite dirty, they dont have enough staff to keep on top of the tables, same in Oribuela city too.

As you say, each can differ a lot. Best bet is to go on offer days, as you said. Our experience here means we won't be rushing back.. thanks for watching and the comment 👍

We always hit it up for a cheap beer, 2e for a pints of Cruz campo, our local bar back in the uk is £7 for a pint. We don’t often eat the food, as it’s very hit and miss we find!

We love 100 Montaditos. Often have a beer and tiny sandwich in Habaneras…. We are in Wetherspoons at the moment with TWO pints of Worthingtons Creamflow for an unbelievable £1.98. It’s on offer in January at 99p per pint and it’s lovely. Hope you are well and hope to see you soon.

Although only a 20 minute walk from Punta Prima we don’t often eat out as the food is very hit and miss but still have our favourites. We find the local fresh food and wine great in comparison to Scotland, Syrah red wine at 2.25 euros or £8.95 at home and have tried variations of Helen's kitchen meals and Yvonne's from Between the Lakes , some Ok and some awful but more to do with my cooking skills. Still trying to master baking my own bread. Enjoy Spain as we are currently minus 12 degrees and the central heating has been on at 26 degrees for the last 36 hours Roll on 18th Feb

I agree it's nice as little snacks but for 5 €2 small burgers you can get a Chinese menu of the day for that!

When you compare to the quick are you referring to the bar in La Siesta?

Interesting concept, You need to test stuff Andy (@ 6mins in ) Feels like a bit small vs how the pictures looks like but still not a bad price Feel a bit disappointed, advertising beer and order coke haha :P

Thanks for watching and the comment. If you go on the "special" days when the sandwiches etc are a euro each, not so bad. Neither of us had beer as we were driving- but it is possibly the cheapest place (nationally) you can get beer (it's typically "Cruz Campo" brand) The sandwich- i usually like that stuff, but that wasn't nice, hence I left it..
