Honestly, I think stabilizers are kind of overrated. I'd much rather play the smaller, faster, and more well armed Leopard 1 without a stabilizer at 8.0 than the Stabilized Centurion Mk3 at 7.7

@@no-legjohnny3691 Yeah but Centurion is bad at every aspect. The brits followed the same tank structure till Challengers the only thing changed is armor and firepower.

@@abelszerepi7845 Well that sort of demonstrates my point. A stabilizer won't do much to save a tank if it doesn't have a lot going for it already. It's a relatively minor upside, not a game changer. People go on about the stabilizer on the M4A3 76mm Sherman and Centurion Mk3 and how much of an edge it gives them vs. their opponents. But, all it really does is make it to where you can shoot a little quicker, which doesn't do much when the gun absolutely fumbles more often than not and you have zero escape card since you have neither the mobility nor the armor to avoid getting plonked into oblivion. Hell, you even see that effect in this video where half the shots people take at him are before he's able to shoot, but it does nothing and he's able to follow up by caving their skull in with the 130mm.

I'd say it's still incredibly scary, the meta may have changed at 8.3 but this is still such a strong heavy, especially since you don't see it that often.

Its not idiot proof like Object 279. Its a good heavy but lack of stab and long reload with sometimes shitty APHE bounces/fuzing makes it incosistant. Good but not a monster like 279.
