Looking at a multi park "platinum" pass there for $444 vs a multi park pass at Cedar Fair "platinum" for $280, that's a big difference (I think you're over paying to compensate for the 6 free guest tickets). But, the thing that makes me lean towards Cedar Fair is being able to buy the annual food pass in addition. So, for $280+$160 ($440), I can get a multi park Cedar Fair pass with FREE FOOD. That, to me, is a better deal by far. Love your videos... have a good one!

Thanks for this clarification. As a new resident to Hampton Roads, I'm looking for ways our family of 3 can enjoy parks like BG in a way that makes sense for us. Like the previous commenter, I'm interested in a membership but realized that the guest passes are issued later??? We have a 9yr old daughter who we'll probably have friends tag along with a time or 2 throughout the summer and fall at least. Friends of ours suggested getting an upper level membership for myself that includes parking, and a basic membership for our daughter? That way my husband can tag along a few times as well? I'd appreciate some guidance/tips/suggestions on this. A bit overwhelming at this point. 😢 Please and thank you!

@@devondavis7456 platinum for you and basic or unlimited for your daughter would make perfect sense. Platinum gets 6 guest passes a year and unlimited would get your daughter two of her own…. If you think 6 will be enough then get you daughter basic. Platinum also give you access to all 11 parks and free annual photo pass to record your memories:)

Thanks so much for responding so quickly! I need to make a decision on this in the next day or so as 1 of her classmates families wants to go. My biggest hold up is the guest pass situation. I get the impression that I won't be able to use them congruently and we really value that option for annual memberships, when we have guests visit. Typically it leaves us paying out of pocket for (usually more than 1) guest ticket; which drives me bonkers because for the price I could have just increased membership levels, or bought an additional membership...etc...etc... This is the hamster wheel my mind runs on with stuff like this...making me feel like I'm back to square one !!!😱😂

🎉🎉 I see so many channels doing more on BG. But you have vids on BG & KD. I have not been to either since I was a kid. Want to take my family and some are plus size. Is one park more plus size friendly. Teens and adults only and I want to go where they can get on the most, and not be limited as much with size. No one is over 270lbs any suggestions between the two parks?

I do vids everywhere, KD, BGW, Universal, Carrowinds, Disney, Cedar point and more coming :) hmmm good question if I had to guess, probably BGW is most accommodating and if you cant ride they have some good shows to enjoy as well.

The lanyard was a member perk for free :) they also gave a Pantheon one when that ride opened :) Im considering platinum in the future when the channel builds a little more traction. Hope you enjoyed the content!

Hi there! Certain perks like the 1 free mardi gras item are daily, but not all. In the scenario you explained you would absolutely get 1 item per visit :) but not all perks work that way. It typically is detailed in the description

If you are only going once, maybe not…. If you do a lot of shopping on that trip it can possibly help with discounts and free parking, but not sure you can maximize with just one trip

I’m considering getting a Platinum Pass because there’s one perk that particularly interests me: the single use Quick Queue ticket. I know it’s good for one “line cut” on any particular ride each visit. But i was wondering if it functions as a Quick Queue OR a Quick Queue plus. In simpler words, would i be able to use this perk to skip the line for Pantheon once per day? (Pantheon is Quick Queue Plus, not normal Quick Queue).
