Well that was great guys. A very interesting location, not boring at all. Just as it was finishing we seemed to get some odd movement, possible footsteps and a female voice. Have a big gaming laptop with good earphones and it was pretty clear. Beardo was a good addition to the team and there was great chemistry. Love anything Ghosts on Trent do, you are so honest and thorough in your investigations. Yeah but the problem is Paul (and Mark and Beardo) those groups who report all sorts of activity are probably faking it for views. Some maybe just misconstrue whats really happening. There very few groups that can be relied upon to keep it genuine and subjective...like you chaps.

I've investigated Waverley Hills on three occasions, for a total of eight nights. Most of these there was a bit of activity, two nights nothing at all, and one night was chaos and carnage. The same is true for other locations, in my experiences. My point here: keep going. Well done!

Behind beardo @18:40 watch over by the curtains ,I saw a couple of flickers of light and they didn’t look like from cars outside unless there is a street over there and a car shined it’s lights but it looked like it came from inside can you please take a look thank you

It really is a game of chance isn’t it, I suppose if everytime you did a investigation and stuff happened then it would become a tad bit suspicious, because you’ve chosen the route of full on honest investigating it stands to reason there’s not going to be activity every time, but because of that when you do get something then it gets exciting, honestly I have to agree I’ve given up on some other teams in the past, it’s so ridiculously staged on some explores you’d have to be a total numpty to buy into it, stay true and keep exploring both, look forward to this year 👍

This was awesome. Sam heard everything you heard, plus - we thought we heard something else (that wasn't stomaches, lol) and you guys then mentioned it while chatting - the kind of sighing or hmm hmmm? I think it's worth another drive with you guys doing it. A few of the other good investigators that haven't had "much" have had just quiet things, and now an idea is forming in my head, but feels ludicrous, but makes sense to Sam, but we're sitting wondering if we're just - I dunno. The house has a lovely feeling. It's a beautiful house. Certainly no demons there. I cannot believe people are throwing bottles around and doing things that don't respect the property. We really enjoyed this place when we went so its good to see you guys properly investigate here. We didn't get any activity when we investigated here over 2 nights but strangely the investigation part of the video I filmed there's no sound, paranormal? Such a beautiful looking house with the carved wood panels on the balustrade. Would like to have seen more of the architecture side of the house in colour, though perhaps you showed it in a pervious visit to this house, I need to go back and check your content, I've missed a bit due to being away visiting sick family.
