Is a wacky rig the best spring technique?

Went to catch fish on a jerk bait but it wasn’t working to good so I switched to a wacky rig and they turned on!!!! Gopro started to die so couldn’t show every fish after it was caught.

I can’t catch anything on a crank bait or lipless crank bait. I think it’s very depend on where you fish. I can’t go 30 minutes without catching a fish with a Berkeley stunna on my lake though.
