Aaron didn't really fall off a cliff. He's been this bad since 2022. Go watch the tape. It really started with the home playoff loss to the 49ers in January 2022 and transferred over to the entire 2022 season...which was his last in Green Bay. Dude was spraying balls all over the field in that entire season, missing routine throws. Consistently throwing to the wrong guys, tons of underthrows, holding the ball forever, taking unnecessary sacks. He pretty much lost 3 or 4 games that season on his own. He hasn't had a 300 yard game since 2021!!!

Im a die hard packer fan & i can assure you that man put the team on his back several years for green bay when coaching was lack luster along with poor defenses. Rodgers was quite literally the best qb in the nfl for a decade. If they did what they needed to do as an organization when he was in his prime, it would have been different

@@tilly412 Thanks...interesting insight. Unless you're watching a team's games all the time, you know only what the media tells you a lot of the time. Too bad that the decline happens so fast.

Packers knew about this for years. Their dealt with him for years.

Russell Wilson has the same # of rings & 1 extra superbowl appearance & heading to playoffs/division title with another team... But media & pat mcfee worship rodgers. Even his own family doesn't talk to him. What a joke
@misinfluence8 күн бұрын
And 4 less mvps Did you watch rodgers in his prime? Genuine question. That was the peak of quarterback play.
@steveboyd34557 күн бұрын
Not sure it is all on Aaron. The OL is not the best, and the skill players make mistakes e.g. the Hall fumble. The defence is not top tier like it was last year. So, bench him? OK but would they be better had they kept Z Wilson? No.

Ken stabler played long past when he was elite. Thats probably why it took so long to get to the HOF. Same exact thing with rogers. But then there's the jet quotient

The jets went 7/10 in 2022 and 2023 without Roger’s and with Roger’s they are 3/10 was Roger’s worse than Zack maybe not but is the team worse bc of Roger’s? Absolutely!!

A torn Achilles will slow a 24 year old. I'm a huge Seahawks fan and Roger's didn't scare me. He used to scare me on every snap
@elmerslick87008 күн бұрын
True. AR used to throw 'impossible' passes into a tiny angled hoop at training camp, from 40 to 60 yards. He said it was all about muscle memory. After his lower leg injuries and then the Achilles, he has had less and less practice (and missed camp) over the last 10 years. Veteran NFL QBs say the game slows down as they get older, but the legs deteriorate...which is what happened to the confident pocket presence AR once had.

Just remember how much shit Russel Wilson got these past two years people saying he’s washed and now look at him. Stop over reacting and give it one more year. Aaron just got back from an injury.

The Packers are a great franchise and have been consistently. They knew it was over... for him, not them. The Jets, LOL.

Don't you just hate it when a team, NY Jets after having abysmal performance game after game and in post game interview the HC says oh, they have to look at the video tape.

Rodgers isn't Brady. They aged way different. Rodgers looks like Bradys uncle.

It's funny how everybody's talking about if would have made the touchdown throw to Adams, I guess they have to have a three touchdown lead to have a chance😅😂

Come on now. Name the QB playing for the Jets who've been better than Rogers over the last 10 years? (Crickets) We are talking about the Jets. Now name the guy that the Jets should have signed instead of Aaron? Give me a break. He's coming back from a season ending injury at 40 years old and he still is better than what the Jets had. Fire the HC and GM and demote the OC. The team is a mess. So it's Aaron's fault because he can't fix it. Maybe the Jets should have signed Sam Donald

Aaron Rodgers being traded to the Browns is the most likely scenario. Maybe the Titans too.

Winston threw for 497 yards last night for the Browns! Maybe AR can play for a Peruvian rainforest expansion team.
@trippeddownthestairs82388 күн бұрын
No, Deshaun Watson is unquestionably worse than Aaron Rodgers. For as bad as Rodgers has been, I think that the Browns would be in the hunt for the playoffs right now if they had Aaron Rodgers instead of Deshaun Watson. But, I can't even say that Rodgers has been as good as Jameis Winston.

On 12-2-24, in a losing effort against the Broncos, Winston threw for 497 yards

Right now, today Dec. 3 would take Bryce Young over Aaron Rodgers. Sounds crazy? Bryce is liked by teammates, it matters. Rodgers is not likeable, moody. Bryce got benched for poor play, he didnt pout and came back and is really playing better than before. Rodgers get benched he running to the owner like a child. Play breaks down, Young can pull it down and get yardage, maybe chunk yardage. Rodgers is a statue and if he does run it looks like he has a piano on his back
