Adrian Dittmann is a separate person who has molded his entire persona around being Elon, to the point that his speech pattern, accent and laugh sounds the same. For number 2, Adrian has to be trolling in my opinion and not actually in his 20s. It's pretty clear from Connors interview that Adrian has a really dated view of the Internet (that he only gained access to in the last 10 years???) and culture that doesn't make sense for a young person

There was one kid that made a point to dress in business casual at school which is fine on its own, but like would make a point it was to be different. And his favorite artist was Frank Sinatra which again is fine but with him it felt like “I’m not going to listen to modern music just cause”. This Adrian character seems like he loved being called Elon, and why wouldn’t he? He molded his entire personality to be a copy of him for all we know. Also pissed me off when these “tech” bros act like they keep up with all the latest advancement in tech yet when asked what’s their favorite they can’t name one product or company or patent that they’ve heard of. Like they just “well with AI it’s been interesting seeing the developments with that.” Like what AI, which company, what advancements, what development? It’s all just pseudo-intellectual bullshit.

You would 100% lose your life savings lol The fact that the difference in voices was pretty obvious after Fortnite Friday and the evidence that shows it’s just some CEO Elon Fanboy. I get it though, I see the mass confirmation bias online. I don’t think a video of Dittman and Musk together, talking to the camera and showing their birth certificates would change most people’s mind. I was 100% that it was Musk for well over a year. A little bit of easy to understand and verifiable data just changed that thought. Doesn’t mean Elon is any less lame, scummy or a terrible person.

To be honest the Fortnite Friday was what convinced me that Adrian Dittman is in fact not Elon Musk. Then I saw the article diving into who Adrian actually is, looked into the journalist who reported it to confirm validity. I think anyone still boldly claiming it is Elon just really hopes it is because it would be embarrassing for him and hilarious, didn’t watch Fortnite Friday, or didn’t see the article by Jacqueline Sweet.

Just some notes: 1:40 that screenshot was photoshopped and the one instance that I saw Atrioc saying that Dittman said “I”, he pretty obviously was not speaking in the first person as Elon. He mentioned Elon then said “I” separately This is the only topic I’ve been so invested in speaking up on because it’s very worrying the amount of confirmation bias and accepting just easily disproven “facts” as evidence. @ I’ve aligned myself politically based on the ideology that seems to be the most honest and true to reality. I don’t care who Adrian Dittman is. If it is or isn’t musk is totally insignificant. I’m frustrated with the amount of selective information and blatant misrepresentation of information coming from people I want to support and stand with. This is the first topic I can think of in recent memory where there’s politically motivated, left-leaning rhetoric that is doubling down on being detached from the reality of the situation. I’m not talking about jokes. It’s funny. I’m talking about the parroting of the misinformation regarding this topic that is being propped up as a point to discredit Elon. He is about to become intertwined with our government and the more people lean on something unfounded or completely untrue to attack him, the more he will focus on it as a “Gotcha” to deflect and defend himself while he uses his newfound influence to enrich himself further and harm the average American. Elon doesn’t have the same unwavering support from the right that someone like Trump has. He could do something to cause everyone to turn on him and boot him out. Look at the Right Wing damage control he had to do with H1B. We are just funneling him ammo to deflect from something serious, because suddenly we want to stoop to the level of delusion for the sake of argument that the right has relished in for 8 years
