Inexcusable Ahsoka didn't get a new head with longer lekku - they already saved money on the body reuse lol I may be wrong but Morgen's dress seems to be pleated samurai pants in the show, pretty sure they split in the middle when she walks around.

Definitely a custom head, either from a sculptor or more likely 3D printed.
