You have no rights on these arts. It belongs to the AI, that's why it doesn'T matter who puts in the prompt. The chance is also very low that the AI is creating the exact same art out of the sam prompt

Because I put in an idea for a business into the Ai bot in Snapchat, and I swear it stole my idea cus now there’s a company with this name. And what I gave it for the prompt, was the description in the websites Bio. You think this could happen?

@@roselanelegend just read the terms of use of the AI tools you use. there you will find, who owns the product of the AI and how commercial use is handled. it makes everything complicated, of course and soon there will be the first huge debates, court cases and millions of dollars damage to creators, artists, agents and so on... it's a brand new grey area with no experience of cases in my opinion

So I could draw a rough rendering of a logo or graphic I want to create, digitize it and then upload it to Midjourney and have the AI manipulate into something finer and more polished. I would then probably pay an artist to create actual renderings from the AI template. Saweet!

Midjourney T&C allows it if you are a paid member ( $10 - $30 ) and have a company that makes less than $1M per year. If more you need the corporate license which is $600.

@@roberthartley6699 That's how fair use works. It's not sampling, its learning. When a human artist requires payment for a piece, they don't share that with everyone whose work they've ever viewed either.

I'm an Artist and I've been hearing a lot about AI art lately Wondering what the blazes it is.... Seeing what it is....its interesting but AI art is not for artists. Its for people who cannot create art. Artists create art by profession and effort AI just simply manipulates which can lead to copyright issues ...except if you upload your art and everything in your own world for the AI to generate

Neat video. I can see this helping with some creative processes and probably speedup the workflow... but I can also see that people may abuse this tool and just be lazy with it. Now a regular person who initially needed an artwork will think "why would I pay an actual artist if I can go type a bunch of text and get what I need for a MUCH cheaper price." Yuh I see this AI thing becoming a real problem any moment now. Also you really need to do something with your mic setup... there's white noise in the background every time you speak and absolute silence when you don't it's quite distracting.
