I find it fascinating how otherwise smart people with technological background can misunderstand and misinterpret LLMs this much. It does not understand or interpret anything. There is no logical reasoning, they are not using more compute to answer the hardest questions in the world or the easiest. It’s a statistical / probabilistic model.

Are they even trying to simulate logical reasoning or are we just stuck with this level of AI. I can imagine logical thinking is easy to simulate by using data.

Hogyan lehet ilyen nagy mosollyal örvendezni annak, hogy a technológia sokkal jobb ember mint mi valaha lehetünk ? Techno optimistának lenni egyenlő az ember bukásának szurkolni? Illetve, oké, dolgozzon helyettünk az AI, de ki fogja megvenni azokat a termékeket, amiket előállít - és miből? UBI lenne az utolsó amit a tőke kegyeltjei engednének. Jöhet a tömeges elszegényedés, káosz és felfordulás, munkásosztály nélkül a kevés gazdag elélhet békében az ai önfenntartó ökoszisztémákban. ❤🎉 nekünk meg game over.

They need either a AI or cold fusion to eliminate the need for capital, that is the only way communism will work.
