Is Alicent Hightower a bad mom?

Here's to hoping she doesn't do something crazy after this lol.
I have watched all of HOTD 3 times in the last 4 weeks and I found that I had a lot to say. I know she isn't perfect, but she deserves more than the cards she was dealt.
