Sad to announce that the Alpine Village is indeed closing. At the time of recording this video there was some hope it would survive. I saw the news just recently that the owners of the shops have received eviction notices. This is such a bummer😪 I will try and do an update video tomorrow.

It’s so sad. I have many memories there. I want to thank my childhood friends family who introduced me to the culture that was this place. It is what I know and will always remember about Torrance. Thank you for all the memories 😢❤

Such a cool little shopping area! I’m with you, I love themed places like this! I really liked the grocery store and love to have a look around that beer section. I’m hoping the economy takes an upswing so that amazing places like this can stay afloat. Oh, and did I hear a little Arnold slip out there too? 😎 Great vlog Greg!

Yeah I would hate to see this place close. I drive by this place almost everyday and it looks so cool from the road. Yeah well Arnold is the closes I can get to a German Accent, even though he is not from Germany😜Thanks for watching, Heavy! I do appreciate it!
