It's really tricky to buy any Amrapali Project other than Silicon and Sapphire. This is because of several reasons - 1. You cannot properly visit the property - NBCC allows visits only on weekend, and that too only to flat owners. 2. Transfer is on hold, so even if you are able to buy, you have to wait till transfer is enabled. 3. All properties are in resale, and sellers want to take most of their money in cash, thereby showing lesser market value. This is a big risk to pay huge amount in cash to an unknown, for a property that will not be your till NBCC enables the transfer. The seller will just take his cash money and disappear. Overall, my advice would be to hold off a few months and transact when transfers are enabled by NBCC.

The only comment I will make to you WH is that the price you mention in your videos for Amrapali projects is lesser than what sellers are demanding in the market today. Noida projects, no one is asking less than 8k, in extension it's 7k and beyond.
