dame is for media related purpose [ in this logistic,commercial and promoting kind of stuff be there] while in dem allows u to manage events like parties,marrioages or any sort of... now it depends on ur interest

You can do DEM form ndiem if you have more interest in pursuing event management

agar aap 3 years ki degree (BBA) karoge toh aapko salary package zyada milne ke chances hote hai diploma aur chote course ke comparision mein. ndiem se krlo ya vaha se guidance le lo, vo aapko samjha denge

you can do event management course from ndiem, the scope is good and from personal experince, your degree wont go waste
